The cornerstone of our program is an in-depth yet simplified 8-step Real Estate Investment Course. Through clear lessons, exercises, and mentor support, participants gain confidence in their ability to analyze deals, understand key concepts like rehab budgets, and find off-market opportunities.
Funding Programs
For qualified graduates, up to 100% funding programs provide the capital needed to acquire and renovate properties with limited out-of-pocket costs to start—monthly interest-only payments made during the project and the original loan amount paid back once refinanced or sold. Programs are tailored to support continued growth.
- Family Love Program: Partner your first 4 fix and flip deals, getting them fully funded up to 100% of purchase and rehab costs by Goldstar Capital Funding. Must pay closing costs and have funds available to make monthly payments in an account. Work directly with an expert mentor and lender.
- Starter Program: Graduating from the Family Love Program qualifies you to apply to the Starter program, where you can get up to 100% of PP and rehab costs up to 70% of the ARV to start your project on your own. You can do up to 4 projects at a time if you have funds available for each project.
- Superstar Program: Once you have 10 deals funded by Goldstar Capital Funding, you now qualify to apply for the Superstar Program, where you can work on up to 10 projects at a time and get up to 75% of the ARV if needed as long as funds are available for each project. Flexible terms for established investors.
